Service Update: Awaiting Substack’s Response on Refund Process
Refund Process and Next Steps. And a ❤️ Heartfelt ❤️ Thanks to My Supporters.
Following my recent updates, I’ve decided to close the service due to low subscriber numbers, which makes it unviable at this stage.
I’m currently awaiting a response from Substack Support regarding the process for issuing pro-rated refunds (for any remaining subscription time owed), as it’s been challenging to get in touch with a representative. Substack’s response times, as shown below, can take a few days, and I appreciate your patience as we wait on them to help resolve this.
Once Substack confirms the steps, I’ll process refunds for any remaining subscription time. There are some complications with recent new subscribers (thank you for your support!), as the funds haven’t yet cleared, so I'm waiting on further instructions. Rest assured, nobody will be left out of pocket—I’m committed to ensuring that all refunds for any outstanding time will be issued once I have clarity from Substack.
A ❤️ Heartfelt ❤️ Thanks to My Supporters
Thank you so much to everyone who backed this journey (especially those with paid subscriptions). I’m truly grateful for your support. Unfortunately, we’re still a long way from reaching the numbers needed to make this sustainable long-term. It’s a tough decision, as racing is my passion, and I’d love nothing more than to keep it going—if only we had a broader base of subscribers. But the numbers don’t lie, and I have to be realistic about what’s viable.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding as I work through these final details.
