During the full episode, Simon tracks wildebeest with a group of one of the region's indigenous inhabitants, the San, who are renowned for their hunting and tracking techniques.
In the short clip, Simon states:

With this in mind, soon I will be compiling some statistics to demonstrate that you don’t actually need an astonishing hit rate to make good profits when it comes to horse racing. It’s surprising how much momentum even just the occasional big kill can give a punter. Here are some examples of some past big kills!
