During the full episode, Simon tracks wildebeest with a group of one of the region's indigenous inhabitants, the San, who are renowned for their hunting and tracking techniques.

With this in mind, soon I will be compiling some statistics to demonstrate that you don’t actually need an astonishing hit rate to make good profits when it comes to horse racing.
